These terms govern access to LinkQuick, an internal URL shortening and attribution service operated by LinkQuick LLC. By signing in, creating a link, or calling the API you accept them.
LinkQuick is internal business infrastructure, not a public product. Access is limited to LinkQuick LLC and to organization members and AI agents it explicitly authorizes. It is not offered for sale, and there is no self-service signup, subscription, or paid plan.
You are responsible for everything done under your account and under any organization API key you create. Keys are scoped to a single organization and must be revoked from the dashboard as soon as they are no longer needed or may have been exposed. Do not share credentials outside the authorized organization.
You may not use LinkQuick to shorten or redirect to:
You may not attempt to bypass authorization to read another organization's links, clicks, or analytics, and you may not use automated traffic to inflate click or conversion counts.
Organizations remain responsible for the destinations they configure, for the social metadata attached to a parent link, and for any custom short domain they connect. We may disable a link, a domain, or an organization that violates these terms or endangers redirect reliability for everyone else.
When your destination application sends identification, conversion, or revenue events, you confirm you have the right to send that data and that it does not include payment card details, government identifiers, or special-category personal data. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.
LinkQuick is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. Redirects are the highest-priority path and are prioritized over dashboard and analytics availability. Analytics may be delayed, aggregated, or backfilled, and historical figures imported from earlier tools are best-effort snapshots rather than an exact reconstruction.
Each organization owns its links and analytics data. Deleting an organization deletes its links, clicks, events, and aggregates; short links belonging to it stop resolving immediately, which will break any published URL that pointed at them.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced to organization owners, and the date at the top of this page is updated.
Access may be suspended or removed at any time, in particular when an account, key, or link violates these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkQuick LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of LinkQuick, including lost traffic, lost attribution data, or revenue misattributed by the analytics pipeline.
